TWO CHEFS ON A ROLL : EXECUTIVE TEAM

 

DAWN RASMUSSEN-HICKEY

Dawn Rasmussen-Hickey is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Two Chefs on a Roll, Inc., a major supplier of custom savory and bakery products for retailers and restaurants. Since joining Two Chefs on a Roll in late 2004, Dawn has led the organization to record levels of sales and profits. Dawn is the architect of TCOR’s strategic planning process and has personally spearheaded the negotiations to land major accounts and form strategic alliances with top companies.

Prior to joining Two Chefs, Dawn held the position of Sr. Business Manager at General Mills, handling New Business Development and National Accounts, including Yum! Brands. At Pillsbury, acquired by General Mills in 2001, Dawn served as Sr. Marketing Manager in the Bakeries and Foodservice Division. Formerly, Dawn was as the Director of Foodservice for 300+ convenience store chain Holiday Stationstores in Minneapolis, MN. Dawn began her career as a District Manager with Frito-Lay, Inc.

Dawn volunteers as the chair of Member Services Committee of the Women’s Foodservice Forum and also sits on the Board of Directors as the Port Captain of Dana West Yacht Club in Dana Point, CA. Dawn holds both a B.A. in English and M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Minnesota.

Dawn is an avid boater and world traveler who loves to capture the amazing people and places on camera. Dawn lives in San Clemente, CA with her husband, Greg, who has inspired her passion for food and wine.
