BOB FLAHARTY

Bob Flaharty is currently VP Finance/CFO for a $300m building material distributor. His financial experience as a CFO includes 8 years in distribution and 2 years in retail grocery.

Prior experience includes 18 years in consulting, with the last five as a Consulting Partner in a large regional CPA firm, 4 years as a college instructor and four years in systems management.

He is experienced in all phases of corporate growth and finance, with particular experience in acquisitions as both a buyer and a seller. His Board experience covers the last 10 years, serving a variety of owner-managed business on the West Coast. Bob is a graduate of both UC Berkeley and UCLA Graduate Business School.
